NRG Energy eVgo North Texas Rollout
WINNER "BEST SPECIAL EVENT" Business Marketing Association
NRG Energy engaged VISION Production Group to produce their eVgo North Texas rollout event which was held at the Arlington Convention Center. VISION utilized pan screen and surround screen technology along with a strong attendee engagement strategy to create an immersive event experience. 10 electric vehicles from Toyota, NISSAN, Tesla, iMiEV and others were featured on display in a state-of-the-art EV showcase supported with large screen image projection for each vehicle. NRG eVgo partners such as Walgreens, Best Buy, Reliant Energy, HEB and others were highlighted using high definition projected imagery. Also on display was NRG's new eVgo charging station, the true star of the event.
Keynote speakers included Texas Governor Rick Perry, Fort Worth Mayor Moncrief and NRG Energy CEO David Crane. The event was simulcast live via webcast.
